Stephen Whittaker

Stephen Whittaker has over 20 years’ experience in the transport planning industry and has developed a broad range of technical and management skills and has gained experience across both the private and public sectors.

Within Transport Modelling, Steve has managed and coordinated teams delivering successful transport modelling outputs to local highway and planning authority clients as well as to private sector clients within a wider development planning role. Through these roles he has gained extensive knowledge across a wide range of transport modelling platforms and experience of delivery in multiple sectors and the various stages of the planning system.
