Charlie has over 12 years of experience in transport planning and has helped to secure planning permission for hundreds of residential, employment, mixed-use and public-sector developments across the UK.

Charlie regularly develops models to assess the impact of development traffic on local highway networks. He has also gained experience in the modelling field, using PTV VISSIM and Paramics Discovery for scheme promotion and to support a strong case at Planning Appeals.
